On June 28, held a forum entitled "The LOTT: a new scheme in the employment relationship", organized by our Firm, along with Sodexo Pass Venezuela, C.A., in partnership with Hay Group, Perfilnet, Microjuris and with the support of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services of Caracas and different binational Chambers. With the participation of over 150 attendees, the event which took place in the Hall Caracas of the Caracas Palace Hotel, meet expectations and objectives to address issues of importance, under the new Organic Labor Law, and their impacts on different areas of working life.
From 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, the speakers (Labor Law specialists) stressed in their speeches and shared their knowledge and experiences for better understanding and analysis of the Act, interacting with all the attendees. These specialists were Luis Alfredo Araque, Gonzalo Ponte-Davila, Alexis Aguirre and Simon Jurado-Blanco, Partners from ARAQUEREYNA Labor Area. On the other hand, stressed José Tadeo Sain, Professor of Criminal Law, Aurelio Concheso, Former President of CONSECOMERCIO and Roselis Mendoza and Luisa Mogollon, teachers in the area of HR.
