In the ongoing search for growth and excellence, ARAQUEREYNA formalized a merger by absorption with the Labor Law specialized firm “Aguirre & Moschiano”, a Venezuelan law Firm set up by the attorneys Alexis Aguirre and Evelyn Moschiano, effective from February 1st, 2012.
Both of them with over 12 years of combined experience and outstanding performance in the judicial forum, and effective achievement of high-level professional outcomes in negotiation, collective bargaining, and consulting, as well as in the academic field.
This merger will result in a better service expertise for the clients. Since its foundation, Labor Law has been one of the areas of expertise with broader scope. Hence, the strengthening of this area is a continuous commitment with its clients.
This new merger aims to continue materializing the strategy of the Firm in order to consolidate a planned growth focused on its clients’ needs.
