On Monday 30 April, the President Hugo Chávez signed the controversial Organic Labor Law (LOTTT), the final text was published in the Official Gazette No. 6076 of May 7, 2012. Taking into account the published text, the Labor & Employment Law Department lawyers in our firm developed a simple newsletter that seeks to highlight the most relevant points of the law, related with the individual rights of work.
